So, to answer the question I began with-how much of Focal's high-priced
performance has trickled down to its entry-level speakers-I'd say: quite a
bit. The Chorus S speakers offer a well-apportioned blend of warmth, clarity,
soundstaging, dynamic power, and refinement. They're easy to listen to
over long listening sessions, they make the music involving, and they surpass
the also-very-good PSBs in sweetness and delicacy-the ability to convey
musical nuances in an engaging manner.
